You might have to share a space with other vendors. 2 x 2 Meters 3 x 3 Meters 4 x 4 meters 5 x 5 meters 6 x 6 meters 8 x 8 meters Business description * Please describe the products or services you will be advertising or selling Terms and conditions * 1. **Participation Agreement:** By signing up as a vendor for the hoops4hope charity event, you agree not to sell any beverages and you agree to participate in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein. 2. **Event Details:** Vendors must adhere to the event date, time, and location specified in the confirmation details provided. Any changes to these details will be communicated in a timely manner. 3. **Vendor Fee:** Vendors are required to pay either TSH 80,000 per day or TSH150,000 for all 3 days by January 3rd, 2024. Hoops4Hope and UWCEA Arusha campus will not be held liable for any financial losses made during the event. Payment can be done directly at UWCEA Arusha Campus at the reception, through MPESA or through a bank transaction. Details will be communicated after vendor registrations has been confirmed. 4. **Product/Service Guidelines:** Vendors must ensure that their products or services align with the family-friendly and inclusive nature of the charity event. No alcohol, drugs or inappropriate items will be sold to anyone. Any other offensive, inappropriate, or prohibited items will not be allowed. 5. **Booth/Space Allocation:** Booth or space assignments will be determined by Hoops4hope and communicated to vendors in advance. Requests for specific locations will be considered but are not guaranteed. 6. **Set-Up and Tear-Down:** Vendors must adhere to the set-up and tear-down times communicated by the event organizers. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or restrictions for future events. 7. **Compliance with Laws and Regulations:** Vendors are responsible for complying with all laws of Tanzania and regulations pertaining to their products or services. This includes obtaining any necessary permits or licenses. 8. **Insurance and Liability:** Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. Hoops4Hope and UWCEA Aruhsa campus are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event. 9. **Promotion and Marketing:** Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation in the event through their own marketing platforms. Hoops4Hope may request logos or promotional materials for pre-event marketing. 10. **Cancellation Policy:** In the event of a vendor cancellation, refunds will be provided only if the cancellation is made in writing before the specified deadline. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the deadline. 11. **Event Organizers' Discretion:** Hoops4Hope reserves the right to refuse or revoke vendor participation at their discretion, with or without cause. 12. **Charity** All the funds made from the hoops4hope event will go towards supporting basketball programs across Arusha.
